Czech and Slovak speaking Customer Service Specialist

Hi! 

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Provide information on products and their functionality.

- Enter requests into the system.

Our requirements: 

- Fluency in Czech and Slovak.

- Good command of English.

- Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e., refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00.

What we offer: 

- Civil contract with a rate: 

• If you choose full remote mode: ​PLN 45,00 gross/h;

• If you choose full office mode: PLN 50,00 gross/h.

- Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
